The Waukegan Port District was established in 1955 to oversee the activities and operations of the harbor & marina. Watch the arrival of the cement and gypsum vessels as their captains dock in our commercial slip. Fuel Dock
- No fueling or transferring of fuel shall be allowed at the Marina. Oil and diesel fuel must be recycled properly. WP&M uses disposal sites in our Marina.
- Fuel Dock can only be opened/kept open for First Responders, Government Entities, peace officers, and fire departments. Otherwise, the fuel dock opens and closes as advertised. Boats passing our closing times at the fuel dock will pay a $25.00/hour overtime fee.
